Our Women's Empowerment Initiative focuses on promoting gender equality and empowering women in Laos to participate fully in all aspects of society. Through skills training, leadership programs, and advocacy for women's rights, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society. Aligned with the 17 United Nations Sustainability Goals, our initiative aims to ensure women's full and effective participation in decision-making processes and opportunities for economic empowerment.
